Job Overview

Xora is seeking an energetic self-starter and highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join the sales team in one of our Regional areas in the USA. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key partners, finding new opportunities and closing business. Your primary roles will be - relationship building, product training and direct support to our carrier partner’s field representatives - to secure mindshare and facilitate carrier quality sales. You will be expected to be a key contributor in driving daily sales and building a healthy pipeline for growth – facilitating carrier activity and executing key strategic regional initiatives/campaigns to promote the sale of the Xora product portfolio. You will also be teamed up with a Regional Sales Manager (RSM). You will be working with the RSM on executing on an overall territory sales strategy, jointly developing the territory as a team. Currently we are looking for positions based in the following state: Illinois (Chicago area).

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager


Essential Functions

  • Build and develop relationships with our partners
  • Provide Carrier product training
  • Build / leverage Carrier pipeline and collaborate with carrier reps to close business. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process with prospects to efficiently convert the carrier leads into closed business
  • Provide a highly visible presence to our Carrier partners
  • Drive and facilitate the growth of territory sales
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to demonstrate Xora solutions
  • Ability to travel within the region

Experience and Skills Required

  • Strong presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience with a channel program/environment preferred
  • Proven track record in meeting strategic goals, objectives, and quota (sales targets)
  • Ability to sell business productivity software applications and solution – ROI based selling experience
  • Ability to generate prospect lists, cold calling and closing opportunities - Experience in building pipeline
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1 - 3 years relevant experience preferred
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Job requires some travel
